My name is Michael Tassin, and I'm from Northshore High School. I'll be at the Magic Kingdom Blastoff Party also.

If anyone would like to meet with me at another time, I will be at Blizzard Beach on the 28th, Disney Studios during the day on the 29th, and Epcot till closing on the 30th. Let me know if you want to.

All the rigging is up on the stage in front of the castle for Gradnight, lights, and stuff for the musical acts.- Will be in my video update comming very soon...

we'll be at WDW on the 29th though not for grad night. we go on the disney cruise the enxt day and thought a "ay-over" in WDW would do us good hehe

OMG, this thread made me realize that it has been 20 YEARS since I did Grad Nite! :eek:

I'll actually be there next weekend with my 2 kids, trying to avoid the impact of Grad Nite. Man, I feel old.

I went 3 years ago too. I am going this year as Ryland's *date*, and you're right! It sounds much different now! For one thing I understand the dress code has gotten waaaaaaaaay more lax. Ryland says you can wear nice jeans. . . our year it was no denim anything, even skirts! No cargo pants, no t-shirts. The year before I went was the first year they let girls wear capri pants of any kind! It was dress slacks, a dress, or a skirt, and that's it. Next year it'll be pants optional.

Man I feel old now, C&C Music Factory, Stevie B, and En Vogue played at my Grad Nite. :eek: Not to mention all the years after mine that I have worked.

:lol: You ain't kidding! When I went, everyone from my school wore a shirt and tie (guys anyway). We also didn't have fortune tellers and rock climbing in Adventureland or foam parties in Ariel's Grotto. They still have that stuff?? Sort of scandalous for Disney if you ask me! :lol:
