Off-Site Guests

At the end of May we are going to be at WDW for our wedding. Myself, fi, and 1/2 of our wedding guests are staying onsite at 2 different DVC locations. The other 1/2 are utilizing their own non-disney timeshares. I have never stayed off-site, so I don't know what the restrictions are vs. the benefits of staying onsite.

I know for instance that off-site guests cannot go on the rides during EMH, or for morning EMH cannot get in the park until "normal" hours - but for night EMH do they physically have to leave the park, or is it they just cannot get on the rides?

I know as an onsite guest we can make our reservations 180+stay - can off-site guests make ADR's at all? if so what is the window of time? 180 days?

If they are coming to the wedding (which is at Boardwalk), do they have to pay for parking? if so, how much can they expect that to be?

Thanks in advance for any help y'all can offer!!

Let's see....

-During Evening EMH, they won't be forced out of the park (unless policies change between now and then), but they will not be allowed onto any attractions, and they *might* not be served at restaurants after a certain point.
I've occasionally stayed with friends that live in the WDW area, and on one trip I stayed in Animal Kingdom for Evening EMH specifically to take photos of the park after dark. Didn't go on any rides for those three hours, but got plenty of great nighttime photos thanks to the early December sunset.

-Any and all Guests are allowed to make ADRs 180 days before the day they want to dine. The on-site perk is that on-site Guests who already have their hotel/DVC reservation can make 10 days' worth of ADRs starting 180 days from their check-in date.

-Parking is free at the Boardwalk, unless they choose to use valet parking (which they might consider trying as a nice little "splurge" for when they attend the wedding. No need to walk a long distance in from the self-parking lot all dressed up).

The off-site Guests will have to pay to park at all of the theme parks.

For EMH, I'm sure that if you all remain in a party and use one room key for the group, they should let you on the rides.

Depends on the CM. We had several that asked to see all our resort keys and some that only needed to see 1. Most didn't ask to see my son's (he's 6) but we did have a couple who did.
