Of course - is the website down today?

Hi all,

So my DH and I can pick our fast pass selections - starting yesterday. But all morning, the website is down. I am getting the Donald Duck server is busy message saying to try later. I've been at this for 3 hours. And still nothing. Does anyone know if this is scheduled to be all day or what is going on? Just another wonderful website glitch?

Also, is there another way to pick fast passes? Or do you have to only do so online?

Sometimes websites are overwhelmed. Especially on days when almost no one is at work. See healthcare.gov

Try using the app. I found during my testing that the site would often glitch out, but the app would still work fine on my iPad and iPhone.

I was making selections last night and kept getting the Donald Duck Server Error but found that it was in fact saving my selections. I had to exit and reenter the site every time I made one. So annoying.

I just noticed the same thing! Its saving them. And I will print the page to confirm. But yes, its saving - but Donald still pops up each time.

Healthcare.gov is only overwhelmed twice a year: 1) holidays and 2) non-holidays.

The app had worked for me too when the site didn't. I guess this is good news too for when your in the parks.

Call. All of our FP+ for our current trip were made over the phone. They even threw in a few extras for our trouble! We actually called today to switch our passes for tomorrow. Very easy. Best of luck

EDIT: Only problem is if you want to change them, you have to call them. But again, its a 5 minute call. You'll wait much longer in the parks to change them anyway

Just the main number on the site then say fast pass plus

Just made changes 5 minutes ago on the phone. Changed from Epcot this morning to HS tonight. Very easy
