I have a confession I need to make
hate to say I made a mistake
tried to take advantage of one of the ladies
thought I could win, well...just maybe
I took the Chiefs, she took the Giants
seemed to be safe and not too defiant
but in the end I should have known I wasn't meant to be lucky
for I was outwitted, outsmarted by the beautiful one named Duckie
So cunning, so cute, she took me by surprise
only after placing the bet did I realize
she had carefully placed me under her spell
one that she had been planning and planning all too well
She would lure me in with her soft, gentle posts
They were so unlike others and not like most
I wouldn't change a thing, to be in this trance
and unlike another here I kept on my pants
Her sporting knowledge to mine is so much more
But hey, I might get lucky and one day settle the score
I will make this bet again and again and again
for Duckie's sword is not close to the mightyness of her pen.
