I am planning a trip to Disney in Oct 2015. It has been 10 years since I've been to Disney and I am taking an adult who has never been. Thinking of staying at Port Orleans French Quarter, my favorite resort. What are some things we should not miss besides the big rides, HM, Space Mt, Splash Mt, BTMT POTC, JC, and so on

Go to Rose and Crown get a pint. Maybe Carl will be working.

In Epcot try some delicious Beverly.
Visit Rose and Crown again then go to Raglan Road in DTD.
Tonga Toast then Ohana that evening.

Seems most of the things I do involve eating. :p

Check out all the info on Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party! I've never done it, but I have heard it's awesome. My next trip is also October 2015, and my brain has already started planning for it. :) That's the one thing that we know for sure we don't want to miss!

October is also the food and wine festival in Epcot and some of the food is so amazing so bring extra for that also they have free concerts in Epcot. I've seen boys 2 men and sugar ray for free

When you place your reservation and put down your deposit can you make payments or do you just pay the lump sum all at once by the due by date?
