What determines the occupancy of the parks?

The occupancy of each park is determined by um, the occupancy of that park. Its the number of people that can fit into the park.

Well yea, I know that, but do they determine that number by the number of rides, and there occupancy, the queues, or just the space in the park

There are many factors. These include:
*Attraction Capacity
*Quere Capacity
*Number of FastPass attractions in use
*Restaurant Capacity
*Staffing
*Overall Park Capacity

These factors can and do change therefor the exact capacity of each park can very daily.
