I took a nice trip to the Magic Kingdom on September 24, Here are some details entertainment wise
3:00pm - Celebrate a Dream Come True Parade
8:00pm - Main Street Electrical Parade
9:00pm - Wishes Fireworks
8:45pm, 9:35pm - MMY
Park Hours: 9:00am - 11:00pm

So anyway, i arrived into the park around 12:00pm Noon.
I liked taking my time down Main Street to see the Halloween Decorations.
Did notice that there wasn't a fireworks finale in Dream Along with Mickey all day (Probably due to the crane installing DreamLights)
Nothing new in Tomorrowland, except some what looks like structure work on the PeopleMover.
In Fantasyland, Tiggers Bounce Spot was still closed (Not a shocker)
The Fantasyland Expansion (BatB, TLM) are looking great on the exterior, But i did notice a tall pole-like structure infront of pooh, where the mine train is going. Dont know if its related to it.
In Liberty Square, nothing new to report other than the seasonal decorations appeared here too.
Nothing New in Adventureland other than the refurb of the Treehouse, but i did the tiki room again and noticed some birds/tiki things not working properly.
Over in Frontierland, Nothing new on thunder, but on Splash, i noticed Brer Roadrunner was missing and so was a frog from the end near the zip pa de doo dah boat (which i noticed all animatronics where working atleast). Cant wait for this ride to get its major refurbishment.
The WDWRR was pleasent and allowed for some look at StoryBook Circus, which is comming along nicely. Other than the train station/dumbo still taking shape, i did notice that they were pressure washing the barn stormer track.

Now as mentioned at the very start (Entertainment Schedule), that was suppose to be the times for all the nighttime entertainment, however, due to a threatening lightening storm, things went a lil different.
The 8:00pm Main Street Electrical Parade stepped off around 7:50pm (with the sky putting on a fabulous lightening storm).
the 8:45pm MMY was post-poned and instead, Wishes shot off 15minutes early, and i noticed a good amount of pyro missing (i will assume it was wind that wouldn't allow the shoot offs mainly), the pyro missing was mainly the inpark shots.
after that ended, at 9:10pm, the MMY performed for the 1st run of the night, then again at 9:35pm.
Enjoyed the park then until 11:00pm, and watched the Kiss Goodnight at 11:00pm, then left. Luckily i got the Express Back to the TTC.

About the new parking lot, I'd say there will be some confusion about which tram to take since they divided up the lot. It was almost confusing to me.

Overall, a very fun, nice trip to the Magic Kingdom. Will be out at Magic Kingdom again Bright and Early this Saturday (10/1/11) for the 40th Anniversary.

On a side note: I went to the Contemporary Resort Friday (9/23/11) to see HalloWishes, I went to the top of the world around 8:00pm (very early, but i love the view from up there). I saw the finale of Fantasmic, i could see IllumiNations also. I loved finally seeing HalloWishes. Will go do this again a couple times again before the end of Halloween Season.

What do you think of the new/old Tiki Room? I read Kevin Yees article on it but he can be a bit harsh even when he enjoys something. Lol I'm really looking forward to seeing it. I only experienced it once in its original state.

I was there that night, and got back out to the TTC around 11:45. I noticed three or four families hop on the tram around me have to get off because they forgot they had parked in the Hero zone (I was in the Villains lot). I think it will be great in the long run to reduce the tram waits, but it might take a while for some people to catch on. The CMs were doing a good job of making sure everyone got on the right tram, though.

Yeah, the monorail driver on the Express line yesterday was also being proactive and explained the parking system, which is great. I take my hand off (Mike Tyson-ism) to that monorail driver. I noticed that some people's heads were spinning though when I lounged for a bit by the parking lot, however CM's were very helpful. I then made my way back to the Epcot line. On the Epcot line, (it was monorail gold) the driver also talked about the Illuminations ROE show time.

Oh yeah I saw the land by the STOLport is actually sort of cleared, I guess it's been like that for awhile and I just noticed it!

I was at Epcot 9/24 night and saw that huge ugly cloud that looked it was gonna move over us, but didn't. You know, I thought I heard fireworks before 9:00 and was wondering where they were coming from.

I'll throw in an observation for 9/25 night time (not to threadjack)...I saw two maintenance personnel doing a thing or two on Jungle and Thunder...This was a Sunday night and they were taking care of things.

It requires alot of stairs on the contemporary, i'll give you 2ways to get up, and 2ways down.

Up:
1. If you like walking alot of stairs, go to the grand canyon concourse, go to the side with MK on it, then procede to the staircases on either side, and begin your long hike up.

2. If you don't wan't to walk too many stairs, take the hotel elavator as high as it goes, then procede to either the left or right of the elavator, then just go to the side with MK on it, then just procede up the stairs

Down:
1. If you can't do much walking down stairs, then go into the California Grill, and just ride the elavator down (goes to the 2nd floor and only the 2nd floor)

2. Just walk all the way down the stairs to the 4th floor fireworks viewing area (warning: all the doors until then are locked)
