NYE at Epcot

Quick question: we will be at Epcot for NYE this year. I know the Festival of the Holidays ends 12/30, but do they keep the Holiday Kitchens open for 12/31? I’m struggling to imagine they would close all those food locations on the busiest day of the year.

I feel like they are closed from what I remember because they are just too hard to operate when the park is so busy, it makes it difficult to get supplies and food to them and the lines are in the way of the promenade. I’ll try to confirm.
