Usually we head to the parks but we're changing that up this trip and taking an easy entrance into the World. Mini golf and dinner and maybe Jellyrolls if I can talk my husband into going there.

We usually arrive at around noon..first stop is DTD for Earl of Sandwich and a little shopping, then back to the room freshen up take a little nap and off to MK where I grab a dole whip and then i ride and see as much as I can before I feel like I am going to drop. Just getting through the gates and that first step in brings me so much energy.

We hit the ground running! As fast as we can drop our bags, change into our shorts and stuff everthing needed into our backpack is as long as it takes us to head to a park. We will probably eat lunch as soon as we get to a park as we normally get there any where between 11:00 and 4:00. If we had children we probably would ease into the vacation but since its just the two of us or with a teenage niece, the game is afoot!

We always arrive LATE... so we don't go to the parks.
Even the next morning, we usually sleep in and take a little more time to get settled.

Our transatlantic flight usually lands mid afternoon at MCO so by the time we get through immigration (loooooooong queues!), get our cases and to our resort, we just grab something simple for dinner and go to bed!

You've had more avatars than I've had cookie bars.LOL. Anyway we usually arrive at Sanford around 3.00 pm..arrive in the bubble around 5.00pm...Unpack our suitcases...Grab our refillable mugs..( Root Beer ).Have a quick snack..( Magic Bar ).Then it's always MK....The Mickey Mouse March song plays as the bus arrives at the station....Walking into Main Street USA..I stop..look up at Cinderella's castle..Take a deep breath...close my eyes and open them again...I reach into my pocket for my hankie..Wipe away that first tear..Then thank The Lord for getting me there safely..Let the memories begin..;)

We arrive around noon time, we go to the DME and get to our resort by 1pm. After check-in we drop off our carry on bags at the room, make a quick "pit stop" and change clothes if necessary, e.g. if coming from New England in the fall. Then we head straight to the Magic Kingdom we always stay on the monorail so I know that I am on vacation when I hear "Please stand clear of the doors. Por favor...."

Hahaha Hatter!! I get too bored too easily! Plus yesterday we went fishing and I found that spot at the lake and it was WAY to stunning not to get a pic with!!! :D

And awwww :) I always tear up at the castle too!! I think next time we go, we're going to use this tactic so many use! Get there as early as possible and hit the parks!!

It depends on who/what and how.....for instance we have a four and a half year old, if he comes-which is more often than not anymore. We have been known to just go with the flow more and chill when we arrive. Explore the resort, grab a quick service for meal. ETC...

BUT.

On the rare occasion that it is my hubby and I going, we usually hit the pavement and the parks as soon as we drop our stuff off in the room.....

We pretty much have the same routine, flight lands at MCO at 10:00, DME to resort and check in at 11:00 drop off carry on bags in room or at the concierge, then lunch at either TREX or WCC, then off to the MK.

We arrive before 9am on Sundays. We live in Florida and drive. We check in then if our room is ready and most of the time it is due to online checkin we settle in. If not we grab a bus to DTD and get all our shopping done so I don't need to run around all week trying to find everything on my list. We have weekday passes so we don't go to a park that day. My son lives in Lakeland and his wife works at Disney so we usually meet up with them for a nice dinner at a resort or off property.

We always get there by car around 2 pm. If the room is ready, we unload the suitcases and freshen up. Then, most of the time, head to Epcot for early dinner or late lunch.
If the room isn't ready yet, we head to Epcot to eat and wait for the phone call saying our room is ready:)
