Start packaging bride and groom items separately (as well as together) in the gift shops. Some of us need two of the same and don't want to have to buy four to get the two.

Create a better loyalty program that is not tied to the credit card. The Disney Credit Card Reward program is out of whack. No real value at a 1-2% give back. I bought the pitch a few years back and got the card. After realizing how terrible DR is I switched over the Sapphire card which has a much better rewards program.

Seems to me that if Disney wanted to phocus a little more on retention, they would create some type of program that rewarded guests based on vacation spend. A case in point is the Landry's Select Card. My wife made me join this a few years ago. I don't really eat at Landry's other than at DW. The card gives you priority seating, a $25 dollar birthday credit, and $'s off based on your spend. Because of that I'll eat at Yak and Yeti's, Rainforest, or T-Rex a couple of times a year.

So let me get this straight...After 10 years the bench has become an extinct breed? I think they need to get Dave from the HCOE DVD Back to bring the benches back home! He pubicly promoted Bench Awarness on the planner..

Agreed. kinda off-putting that they're already only packaged together, but definitely something that needs to be changed
