November park hours

The calendar has been up on WDW's official website since May 1 (as every month goes up on the first of each month six months in advance), but no park hours have been listed. Instead, "Hours Unavaliable" was and is still listed on every day. September and October had their park hours, parades, and fireworks listed by at least March 3 and April 3 respectively, so what could possibly be the holdup?

Hehe. You are not the first to have the same problem. A lot of us are waiting impaitently for these. On another board there is a long list of people upset. Noone seems to know what the problem is. I am sure we will know soon.

It may sound like a stupid question but why do the times drop so much from August to September?

In August the park is open for over 12 hours sometimes, like 9am-12am. Then in September most times seem to be 9am-7/8/9pm. Is it just because of the weather? Because there's not too much change from the weather in Sep than August, or is it something to do with peak times?

I am sure you realize that parents are always reluctant to pull kids from school. This is especially true at the beginning of the school year; you want to start on the right foot. Nobody wants to miss the first day of school, and its tough to tell a teacher that you're pulling out of school shortly after the term starts. Taking off later isn't nearly as serious.

Also, there aren't many holiday breaks in September.

All of this results in low attendance, which means fewer hours.
