I've asked this in some other threads but either (a) couldn't find the thread again or (b) no one really responded so...

I'm going the weekend before THanksging 21-24 will crowds already be picking up? Thanks

Nope, that is actually one of the least crowded times of year. Christmas crowds don't start until a week or so before xmas. The least crowded time all year is between Thanksgiving and the week before christmas, that's my personal favorite time to go. You get to see all the christmas decorations and festivities w/o the crowds. :)

I go the week of Thanksgiving every year, and like was said above, it isn't crowded at all. Have fun!!!!!!!!!:)

And at that point Christmas decorations are up and everything is looking nice for the holidays and it is usually still warm enough for splash mountain! :)

I'm glad I found this thread. I was little worried. I'll be there from 11/24-11/29. I have been to WDW during President's Week (crowded). Easter (way too crowded) and one other time when the kids were all in school (no crowds).

I agree and disagree. We happen to be going November 16-24, which we have been doing the last 2-3 times we have gone down and it seemes like the crowds are getting bigger and bigger each year. usually by the time we leave on the Sunday before Thanksgiving, we are ready to go because of the crowds. Christmas decorations are just starting to go up and usually by the last day, the Country bears have switched over to their Christmas show. We are hoping for light crowds, but ready for anything. Regardless, it will be much shorter than anything during summer, but not the church mouse atmosphere we saw 5-6 years ago.
