I`m having difficulty uploading via FTP to Distro at the moment, Tomorrowland WDW History and WDW Splash Mountain are not complete. From what I can see, Dinosaur is and Test Track is for sure. Tapestry of Nations tribute is uploading right now, time left 11 minutes. Hopefully it won`t time out!

I`ll endevour to re-upload the incomplete videos over the next few nights.

I`m having difficulty maintaining connection when uploading - my hard drive crash wiped some of my network settings (can`t access shared printer), and whilst I can still connect via my router, I seem to be losing connection now and then at random, even though I`m on Broadband. At the bottom of IE`s screen I get a `detecting Proxy Settings....` message each time I connect, that never used to be there. Anyone any ideas??

I`ll keep trying - this symptom seems to mainly appear after the PC has been on a while, and in the meantime please do let me know if any files at Distro are incomplete (you know how my vids usually end with my further info screens) - sorry if anyone does download an incopmplete file. I do need to pay to get a computer tech in to look at my system (the network is above my ability, unless I find a good guide!)

BTW - ANYONE - don`t laugh, but did I ever upload `Sorcery in the Sky` in the past few months? With everything thats been happening I can`t recall... if not I`ll add it to the list of upload attempts.

I've been wondering for awhile, who is the girl who appears, or should I say "stars," in all of your videos? And does she know there are tons of Disney fans who follow her around the parks via your vids? LOL

I just wish there was a way my server worked or even a FTP program so I could spread the love to others as well.

nicholas - the girl is Michelle, a friend for 10 years and girlfriend for 5. I took her to WDW for her first time in 2001 and DLP the following year, anf thankfully can understand my passion!

Mikebrakes - you keep a list?? I`m touched! Thanks for the info, I`ll add it to the `finished, to upload to DC` list.

Whilst I`m here I`m pushing ahead with the next round of vids (assuming I can get them all to upload... grrrr) - Norway, Mexico, China, Canada and France (in that order) - tours of each pavilion and respective attractions (inc. the original Wonders of China )

And does anyone have the source audio for WEDWAY and/or the TTA.

and its funny hoW i can spot the family from "A day in the magic kingdom" in some of the shots. hehe I used to watch that video all the time and I do every now and then for the Nostaglia and the rides that are no longer there (20k, keel boats, old tomorrowland etc)

WOW Mission to Mars clips brought back a lot of memories, I haven't seen any vids of that either until now. I used to go on that TWICE with my dad and my mom as one would ride Space Mtn while the other would take a chicken brother and a short me on that then do vice versa (when Space Mtn had no line) That ride was so corny

pack - are you talking about the Tomorrowland History video?? I assume its complete, to the credits at the end (see the first entry in this thread about the problems I`ve had)

If you are, the WEDWay footage is from WDP around 1980 - it was used in the 1980 WDW promo film (an early version of the vacation guide) and the night time on ride was shot by myself in 1990.

I`ve not found any TTA source, and there wasn`t alot on the WEDWay - in 1990 you had the ORAC-1 voiceover (I used a snip of it in my video) but again no source, plsu by the WEDWays nature of audio broadcast its a little indistinct here and there. There are always the name-ever-changing MP3`s from the Space Mountain section - be it called Speedramp, speedtunnel, RYCA-1, exit, queue, WEDWay loop etc....

I know one thing, I'm fired up about the World Showcase videos on the horizon. Especially O' Canada and Impressions de France (my 2 favorite attractions at World Showcase. And yes that includes Illuminations ROE as well)

dxwwf3 - I`m glad you`re wanting these. I thought about them for a while, and maybe just doing a history tour, then I found out that there was no IDF video available I got thinking.. and decided on a separate vid for each pavilion with an attraction. I did a huge American Adventure tribute last year so thats covered. I`m starting Norway tomorrow (most involved), then I`ll do Mexico, China (in theory with the original CV360 Wonders of China video with source audio - I have to double check the audio isn`t Reflections) then Canada, and finally France (sorry) - my recording is not complete (technical problem. Tape ran out.) but a friend on these boards (you know who you are :wave: ) has offered to finish it for me next week. What I can say is Impressions de France will be set to the source audio track from the movie, not the CD version, so it has the narration too.

Good deal. And I don't mind the wait. I've got the source Impressions audio with narration and I listen to it all the time. It really feels like Epcot more than just about anything else.

And good luck to whoever you are in trying to get a complete Impressions video. I have a feeling we will see replacements for O' Canada and Impressions pretty soon, so we definatley need to have a good video on those. I've tried to film them, but some rookie CM catches me everytime :lol:

Fortunatley, I have the first half of IDF, so if it came to it a camera could be brought out after the start (without inconveiniencing other guests of course) and I have all of O`Canada in one take.

You`re welcome about the WEDWay info, and if I recall I spent some time practicing close up focussing (for purely technical reasons) on one particular Norwegian hostess giving the welcome spiel before the theatre entrance...

Bizzarely, it looks like the 5 videos I uploaded to Disney Central did complete after all - WDW Tomorrowland, WDW Splash, Dinosaur, Test Track and Tapestry of Nations. I went to complete the uploads last night, and the file sizes looked correct.. again if anyone can verify or disprove this I`d be grateful. Due to a daft mistake on my part, however, I started Sorcery in the Sky uploading last night and the PC auto turned off too soon... I`ll complete it later today.
