Not receiving PM e-mail notifications

In the last couple weeks, I've stopped receiving e-mail notifications when I get a PM. In my profile, it still says to send them, but I haven't been getting any. I haven't changed any settings on my e-mail account, so I wouldn't think it's being blocked by filters. I didn't worry about it before because I'd at least get the popup notification, but I've finally had to turn that off to get around the bug, and I have a tendency not to notice if I have a new message. :hammer:

In the meantime, just keep an eye on the Private Messages total to the top right of the page.

My problem is the oppisite. It keeps popping up and telling me I have new PM, when I already saw them. Now it keeps saying that I have a new one because I returned one to someone (outbox instead of in.) and it is driving me nuts. Every time I do something new, there it is.

I had the same problem, until I turned the feature off - it's in your User CP settings.

That is what I ended up doing. So if anyone sends me a PM and I ignore you that is why! (of course I got a really rude one last week, so it is just as well. What do you do about rude PM anyway? I just ignored it and forwarded it to Steve. Figured it wasn't worth fighting over.)
