Not getting any response

Recently purchased a one month subscription, can access the forums and photo albums, but cannot access the large images and videos on the main site. Is the user name and password the same as for the forums. If not, how can I either find mine out or reset it. I have sent a few emails to the webmaster, but realizing this is a not for profit effort and probably being swamped with a ton of email, I would appreciate any help with my issue.

Looking forward to fully enjoying the wdwmagic.com experience.

Your label still says "just joined" which means your payment has probably not gone through yet. If by chance you paid by eCheck (on Paypal) it will take a little longer. It's taken about a week for mine to go through when I've done it that way.

Maybe try posting a thread in the "PayPal Subscription Support" forum? It is private in there, so only you and the administrator (Steve) can see the thread. :)

Control Panel Options

Go to that link and check to be sure that the "main site password" is the same as your forum password. If it is, then you you may need to send a PM to "wdwmagic" or make a post in this private forum
