This isn't an idea for an attraction, but it would add significant value to international guests at WDW. The idea is that Disney creates a language training program for CMs. This would be an optional training program, but completion would result in a pay raise as incentive for the CMs to participate. Here's the breakdown:
- CMs would become proficient enough in a language to have park-related conversations
- CMs would then get a pin signifying that language (the flag that represents that language) that they'd then wear on their costumes
- Foreign language speaking guests would be able to look for the pin that represents their language, and would feel comfortable asking those CMs their park-related questions.
The benefit here is twofold. Disney would be providing valuable training to their workforce, and they'd be offered a service "above and beyond" to their international guests.
