I think we go a little overboard on the acronyms sometimes. I mean, if it's something like "MK" or "POTC", most members know what you're talking about. But why do some members find it necessary to make EVERTHING an acronym. Even the obscure stuff. Sometimes it takes me forever to get through someone's post because I'm stopping to try and figure out what their acronym stands for.
