Trip Report No Sounds Like Summer? We'll JOURNEY Anyway! *COMPLETED*

It was this week last summer that @TrolleyFollower91 and I had an epic girls trip to WDW.

On our first day we rocked to the music of DSB ~ the ultimate Journey tribute band ~ at the America Gardens Theater in Epcot. It was an event we'll always remember. DSB was the final band in the annual "Sounds Like Summer" concert series. The lead singer said the band was looking forward to returning next summer.

And here we are.....it's "next summer."

But there has been no "Sounds Like Summer" concert series in 2017.
No DSB.

Don't. Stop. Believin'.

Em and I refuse to go our Separate Ways. We have too much fun together. We have one last chance to do WDW together before school starts and by golly we're gonna do it....even without DSB.

That makes so much more sense, now!! I was thinking "It looks like the train" and I looked up Disney abbreviations MPB....nothing. Looked up Magic Kingdom rides ....nothing. Magic Kingdom attractions....nothing. I finally had to admit defeat.

I was going to tag you since I know you like live reports....glad you found us....you've been missed 'round these parts.

I always look for your reports. Good reads.

We are all starting to get that itch to return "round these parts" as you said. We are currently nearing the end of our 4 week cross country adventure (kind of cheatingly though as we broke it up) and your reports were fun to read when we got back to the hotel at night. As we were driving, we agreed we were loving the trip and all we were seeing, but the Disney talk really got going!!! I think we agreed it would be DL first though, but we will see.

We did get home safely. However, from the time DME picked us up at WL to the time we walked into my house was a long 7.5 hours, thanks to a flight delay and then construction traffic in Atlanta. That's how long it takes us to drive home from WDW....flying is supposed to be faster!
