No "room location requests" options available with online check in

I'm trying to check in online and we are staying at three different resorts and their are either no options to pick from, or it will offer "near elevator" but nothing else, is this a glitch? We normally like to request a ground floor room, but the option just isn't available. Is it because too many people have already put that in as a request?

The online check In has been having glitches lately. Just call the reservation line to have them add your requests.
