No more Mike's Super Short Show?

Did Disney Channel stop making Mike's Super Short Show?

I just saw an advertisement for this "Super Shorts" news team, or what ever it's called.

It looks like three 5 or 6 year olds doing the news, yet it's really to talk about the new Disney DVDs.

What happened to "Mike" and "Sally?" (Sally was the sister who's also appeared on other Disney Channel films and dances in the Missy Eliot music videos.)

Did they get too old? When the show started they were really young.

Or did Disney not want to renew their contracts, or Sally and/or Mike (I don't think those were their real names) want to do other projects to get more fame?

Personally, I liked Mike's Super Short show. It was like Movie Surfers for DVDs. These new kids look too young. I don't know. What do you all think? :confused: :veryconfu :animwink:

I just saw them talking about Air Buddies a little while ago. About a week ago I saw them on Disney Channel talking about Corey in the House and Corbin Bleu... So I'm not sure, but they are getting older. I liked Mikes Super Short Show and I'll miss it if it goes.

Yeah, they have replaced it with Super Short Report, a segment that resembles a news broadcast. But I hope Alyson (Sally) stays around on Disney Channel. She was pretty talented.

I'm sure they'll use that Alyson girl again.

She's made the rounds on on different shows, like That's So Raven and Suite Life of Zack and Cody.

She's usually there for a few episodes and plays the same character, but she doesn't appear to be a regular.

Maybe she's too busy. She's getting really popular. She had a much bigger part in the movie Cheaper by the Dozen 2. :)

Take your pick...Get your Freak on, Work it (I think that's the name...it's been a while).

She was in a lot of them during Missy Elliot's peak in her career.

As far as the topic at hand, I believe the kids have gotten too old, kinda like the movie surfers get too old and they are always being replaced :lol: I mean, you could tell Mike was starting to go through puberty when he talked :lol:

I saw it as well and I find it extremely annoying! I don't like the one in the shoe store, his voice was girly.

I've never cared for Mike's Super Short Show, but I like it more than the current one.

I never cared for his show i can meet him he goes to my brother's school mazing huh.:cool: :cool:

those kids look wierd:dazzle: and i dont care much for it either.

The Really Short Report is garbage...just have the Movie Surfers take over...or, better yet, stop making movies like Cinderella 14½: Gus(the mouse)'s Great Mistake!

Now that they have really young kids doing this report,I wonder if they are trying to reach to an even younger audience. Do you think they will talk about movies that are geared to older kids, like the Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End DVD when it comes out, since it will most likely be rated PG-13?

I hope they will talk about it.
