Just a little Hollywood History...

MGM sold most of it's film library to Ted Turner in the mid 80's. Turner then merged with Warner Brothers in the late 90's. Hence the reason for Warner to release old MGM titles, they own them now.

RKO was sold to Desilu Studios (owned by Desi Arnaz and Lucy Ball) in the 50's. Desilu Studios was sold to Paramont in the 70's. Hence why Paramont has rights to Star Trek (originally a Desilu Production)

Sony does currently own Columbia, TriStar, MGM, UA, and Sony Classics.

How about: The Disney-ABC Studios

If Disney started using "Disney Studios Orlando" or "Disney Studios Florida", then guest may confusion it with "Universal Studios Orlando"

From my contacts, I personally have not been able to find any source that states that the Park name will change any time soon or what was the length of the original contract. Not saying it will not happen, but I have no idea when and if.
