I really don't care for LMA. I've seen it twice and the only reason I saw it a second time was because the person I was with hadn't seen it. If it weren't for that I would have never gone a second time. Meanwhile, I have no problem seeing Indiana Jones over and over again. I can't explain why this is the case, but it seems like this is the same with many people.

As for re-theming, I'm still holding out hope that at some point LMA will fall smack dab in the middle of a mini-version of CarsLand some day. If so, there may be a way to make it work with the spy and international theme of Cars 2 without having to redo the show too much.

I hope not, the paris cars sequence is lame, Eisner just plopping character to advertise a movie lame.

One person's lame is another person's success...

Saw the sequence in person in Paris a few weeks ago -- it is a HUGE hit with the audience....

And I hate to say it, but they HAVE to advertise things like this wherever they can -- you want your Disney dividends to keep rising in your portfolio, you better make darn sure you've advertised the movies you have spent the most money on.

But I thought it was cute, liked the video they played with it in the background, the audience ATE IT UP.....

Not everyone is as jaded as apparently our board members are.

I know that disney needs to advertize future projects, using the parks cost less than ads and other media. The could have done something better, they could have had all of the voice overs in french; America's top model contestants can learn how to repeat a script in a foreign language but not Owen Wilson? And the cars are going so much slow than the pace of the lma cars. disney tried to cover this up in their promo video by using different angles and speeding up the video, but it is still apparent.

What is even worth doing in DHS anymore besides rock n roller coaster and TOT?

I have a bias towards the Animal Kingdom, but I'd agree with this - I go to DHS and want to ride Toy Story Mania, Tower of Terror and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster. Anything else I do on top of that is gravy.

Was the girl black with short hair? If that is her then I totally agree that she is terrible. I actually enjoy the Lights Motors Action Extreme Stunt Show and I have seen her several times in the show. Each time I see her its like we are watching her first show because she is just so poor on the delivery and timing of her lines!

YES YES YES I have seen her before and Not a fan I liked it when the guy did it

Is the motorcycle girl stunt driver still there? She has long blonde hair! [I just think it soo bad (a**) that a girl was stunt driving that was such a highlight for me!

I have to admit that I'm with the others who are bored with LMA but still like Indy for what it is. Not sure exactly why that is, but there are a couple of things that I think affect the experience for me. When Indy starts, the arena is nearly enclosed which is great not only for the ambiance but also to escape the heat. I seem to always catch the LMA shows when the sun is completely baking the crowd.

The Indy show also seems to have a lot more going on. Is is just me, or does it seem like there are twice as many cast members involved in the Indy show? I realize many of the LMA cast are behind the scenes, but as others have said, LMA has too much downtime that is filled by fluff. Even though Indy uses the same gag with guests every time, it's still entertaining somehow!

Finally, I guess a car stunt show isn't for everyone, just like the movies that they are used in. I couldn't care less about movies like Fast and Furious, so I guess it's not surprising that LMA holds very little appeal for me. Indy is much more generic when it comes to movie stunts, which might interest more people and even those who aren't necessarily Indy fans. No offense meant to those who enjoy LMA, just not my cup of tea.

Maybe two stunt shows are simply too much in a park that already seems to be full of shows in general. It can make it hard to catch it all in one day, although it doesn't necessarily make me feel like I really need to come back. Either way, LMA does eat a fair amount of people who would otherwise be in line for the big three at DHS, so I'll take it for now.

I have been turned off by the way that WDI and or TDO kind of plopped lma into dhs without any real way to keep you feeling like you are in an amusement park. I can't think of any other disney park that has pathways to an attraction, and one side is visually exposing the backstage and areas outside of the park.

So you've never been to California Adventure?
