Seems like DCL is putting an end to “Cruise Ducks” - those little rubber duckies some guests like to hide (or seek) throughout the ships. A somewhat recent fad, that I frankly was surprised lasted this long.

Right.. might be a preemptive strike against the argument of “I’m not hiding them around the ship, just in my own stateroom” if they start confiscating them from luggage

I had no idea this was a thing on cruise ships but in the Midwest, jeep ducks are a thing. Some random jeep man was dismayed that my wife turned down a duck at a grocery store. She is the type who will help anyone but doesn’t want her personal space pushed upon.
This and the cruise line duck thing is as tacky as the hair rubber bands on top of Everest and Blizzard Beach. This is why we can’t have nice things and god for Disney taking care of it.
