No DVC Sliders?

It's even more frustrating when you throw in the absence of any luggage tags! I guess that's another topic, altogether. It seems DVC and Annual Pass holders are just another sub-culture to Disney.

You only get luggage tags if you book a package including room, meals and tickets. That is crazy. Way to punish the annual passholders once again. Then they don't even offer them anywhere for purchase.

You can buy personalized luggage tags through the Disney on-line store. Granted, they are probably more expensive than the ones you get as part of the MYE package would be if purchased, but they are much better quality. And you can get whatever design and color you like. Which is why my daughter and her fiancé now have nice Iron Man and Spidey tags for their luggage.

It would be very nice indeed if Disney gave a bit more gravitas to our Annual Pass and/or DVC Discounts.

How does Disney equate having a Annual Pass or a DVC Membership being equal having a Disney MasterCard ! ?

You'd think either the credit card should be less, or DVC & Passes should be more.

I'm betting 2 out of these three groups represents the more loyal and valuable guests at their resorts and parks.

We are DVC members staying on points this August at SSR. We just received our Magic Bands in the mail yesterday and there were no DVC member sliders. Did they do away with them or did they just make a mistake? Are they available at the desk? Thanks and have a Magical Day!

We're actually here at BCV right now and never received the bands in the mail. We never would've picked grey! Does anyone know why we didn't get them ahead of time?

Did you customize MagicBands prior to arrival?

You won't receive them in the mail unless you've customize them ahead of time (and have a US address).

No we didn't. So, just go into the site and customize?...thanks-I'll do that next time!

If you live in the U.S., then you should've gone to the MDE website to customize your bands at least a month prior to arrival. If you didn't, then you get gray when you check-in. If you are living outside the U.S., they do not send the bands at all, and you would have to purchase different colors or custom bands if you desire. We both have custom bands, even though Disney sends us new ones all the time. Mine is Goofy, and hers is Tink.
