No clue what to do with 6th full day

Hey all . . . .

Been a while since I've posted. I'm happy to say that DW and I are planning our first "full" trip with our DD(4 at time of visit) for July 2011. Planning on 7 days/7 nights at CRB, with the first day being a half day at MK. I have two more days slotted for MK, then one day each for Epcot, AK, and DHS. That leaves one full day for somewhere. We will have park hoppers and will have a vehicle, so I was thinking of just hoppin' around to our favorite rides, but that might be a bit taxing on the Little One. My other thought was to just resort hop for a bit and hit DtD, but I'm not sure if that's something DD would enjoy.

So what would you all do with your "extra" day at Disney, presuming you'd done everything you'd wanted?

Thanks for all the ideas, everyone. Looking like we're going to pull a relaxing day midway through our trip. Now if July would just get here. . . . . .:shrug:

We do Typhoon Lagoon as our "relaxed" day. I do agree with others that one non-park day helps. If you get ParkHopper+waterpark passes, use it. If not, stay at resort and relax.
