So we're getting the Moana water thing, a new "communicore" building, but no other plans announced so far?

Just making sure I didn't miss anything.

I expect DAK will get the next attraction?

I took a look back to see when the last time there wasn't a major attraction in the works at WDW. By "in the works" I mean officially announced but not yet open. Best I can determine this was in 2009 when New Fantasyland was announced. I can't find anything major that was in the works at the time that was announced.
