Just got back from a quick trip for DS 6th bday. WHAT A BLAST!!! The staff was excellent and the pools were AMAZING:eek:. I wish Disney would make a similar resort with similar "family" rooms and a similar price range:lol:. I was truly surprised, and pleased:king:

My daughter is dying to stay there. Do you think that this would be somewhere we could stay for one day and then head to our Disney hotel?

Yes.
Actually, we're now considering adding it to the beginning of our next Disney Vacation.
Thanks for the idea! :sohappy:

Hey, I've been curious about this for some time.

We're staying in a vacation home on our next trip. But I was interested in dropping by for the Spongebob breakfast because my daughter absolutely loves Spongebob.

Is it like the WDW resorts where non-guests can eat there as well?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! We tried to look around on the way home from our last Disney trip and were not even able to get thru the gate :fork: They have plenty of hotel guests to fill the character breakfasts, you have to wear a wristband during your entire stay. If you stay Mon- Thurs, the rates are pretty decent though:shrug: Spongebob rooms are extra. Lucky for us Jimmy Neutron rates just as high:lol: I really can't say enough about the place.:sohappy:

Thanks! I was afraid of that.

It looks really neat and I'm sure we'll try it out in the future. Unfortunately, with our party size, it doesn't make sense to stay in a hotel this trip.

Fortunately, Spongebob is at our local amusement park. So we can see him all summer long :)

It really does look amazing! I remember passing it on our way out of disney the last trip. I think the kid suites look like so much fun and it makes me want to be a kid again just to stay there!

Plus I still need to fufill my life long dream of getting slimed!! (Still bitter that Nick Studios closed)

With fuel prices rising it seems like the later in the evening flights are cheaper, might make the one night at Nick work for us. Arrive late, play all day, then head to WDW.

Do they have a character breakfast at this resort? I don't plan on staying at this resort (because I like to stay in DisneyWorld) , but I would like to try their character breakfast sometime if they have one.

Yes they do. We had one while we were there. Fun! :p
