I think a Spongebob dark ride would be great - as long as it wasn't a clone of The Living Seas with Nemo and Friends, with lame scrim screens and such.

An "American Idol Experience" style attraction would be great, however the song choices can only be from Nickelodeon acts like Ariana Grande or Victoria Justice. That would be awesome!

Paw Patrol would be really popular. My kids still love Dora, Diego, and even Blues Clues.
