Tampa has never played Philly well except for the one time they beat them in the playoffs way back in 1979. And the game is in Philly. It's gonna be a tough one for them.

I'm an Eagles fan, so my prediction doesn't really count, but the Eagles have owned Tampa Bay at home, the Eagles have had two weeks to prepare, and the Eagles are coming off a frustrating, embarrassing loss that they will make up for in front of the home crowd.
