There are some fun picks this week.. damn hope I do better than last :)

bears/lions
vikings vs broken steelers
seahawks vs texans could be good.. want to see how texans bounce back
jets vs titans? I can't stand to pick the jets.. but I did it :)
dallas vs SD? who chokes more? I'm betting SD chokes again..
patriots at falcons? has brady found his grove? I can't get over that thursday night game. I'm thinking in the dome against a team that can score... I'm picking falcons at home

That does it...I'm putting you on ignore.

:p

Seriously....Titans win by at least two touchdowns.

I feel like I needed an underdog.. and the titans haven't looked that convincing to me. I really don't have any faith in Geno Smith at this point... but they have done far more than I expected them to... so this is my gamble for the week :)

Ok I am in desperate need of a RB in fantasy for an upcoming bye week (and in general since they all seem to be getting injured) and there 2 in waivers that I have to jump on now before they get picked up by someone else: Daniel Thomas or Willis McGahee? I can't decide which has better promise. Willis is the top RB at the Browns, but they are the Browns and I already have enough players from disaster teams. Thomas at least is on a team that is performing well... somehow. Anyone want to help me pick my backup?

Also can't decide who to drop: David Wilson or Robert Woods. Both have great potential, but their teams are holding them back.

My thoughts...

McGahee: He's probably the better choice, but when the Browns trail, they're not going to run it.

Thomas: He's not a #1 back

Good luck! :p

So that's $45 bucks for a seat and Bud Light? My understanding Bud Light isn't exactly the best beer out there. Then again, of course the Jags need to endorse the "Official Beer of the NFL". Aside from that, I'm just baffled that the talks about an NFL team moving to London never seem to go away. It's a terrible idea to begin with and most players are not on board with it. I would think most owners feel the same way but then again, they only care about the money.

Moving the NFL to London would be dumb for everything but business. The more globally recognized the NFL is, the more money NFL owners and execs get.

So for tonight... the game is either going to be a blow out because SF is who they should be... sans their defensive front-7... or are the Rams going to show up and make a game of it?

I'm almost talking myself out of my pick now with so many missing starters in SF. But I do think Kapernick can do more.. and he has the offensive talent around them. I find it hard to pick against them, but damn if they haven't screwed it up enough already.. I'm torn :)

The Rams were a difficult team to beat in their division last season. I believe they were 4-1-1 or something like that.

There was an article on Yahoo yesterday detailing how players would flat out refuse to go play for a London team. As cool as I think it would be, we have more deserving cities in this country that should get an NFL team first.
