Disney will never get the rights to Spiderman or Fantastic 4 or even any of the Avengers in their parks. Universal Studios owns them and will never sell it. Disney actually would not even be allowed to have the Name Marvel in any of the parks, but with Guardians and Dr. Strange, it would have to be called "super hero land" or something like that.
As I am reading about it now, it appears only Disney Land would be able to have the super heros. Marvel in any way shape or form is not allowed in Disney world.
You are correct, I got excited with my point of they could do more with marvel by the time it rolls along, and I shouldn't have stated all. The thing is the marvel universe is huge and there are characters that they could use such as guardians. Disney has great lawyers and I'm sure they are looking for every loop hole they can find but so does universal and I'm sure they will do everything they have to, to ensure they don't slip up (I'm looking at you its a wonderful life**) such as upkeep of rides. Id rather not have marvel (seems too six flags to me) I would rather they use the old school Disney, Pixar Indy, classic live action disney movies (rocketeer etc) or even a totoro ride. My point is we never thought they would own lucas, or even marvel years ago so by the time this happens the landscape might have changed.
I will edit my post.
I see you also saw the Disney name issue, I wasn't aware of that before today either.

** At the end of the initial 28-year copyright term in 1974, a clerical mistake prevented the copyright owner of It’s a Wonderful Life from filing a renewal application, and the movie went into the public domain. TV studios, eager for inexpensive content to show during the holidays, began showing the movie every year because they were not required to pay any royalties while the film was in the public domain.
