A new passholder lounge opens this month at Anilal Kingdom in.......... PIZZAFARI!!! (hehe) Also passholders will get vip viewing for Mickey's Jammin Jungle Parade and Festival of the Lion King.:D

I have not heard about this. I know that last year they had a Annual Pass holder Lounge in Harambe. At the old AP lounge they gave out free FassPass and took reservation.

Can anyone shed any light on this rumor?

Hey there everyone!! I spoke to Guest Services as they had called me back regarding the cancellation of E ride night in May. The bad news is E rides nights are still cancelled. the good news is this young lady made a point of telling me about both passholder lounges. I told her that I had heard about the Animal Kindom one and had actually been to the one in EPCOT. I told them that I thought it was a nice way to say thanks to us "special" guests!!! Definitely, if you like the lounges, write or call about it. As with everything at Disney if the public doesnt respond favorably it could always be gone!!

Epcot Ap Location will be open until September and at that time management will decide to keep it open.

Note- Cast member at AP lounge at Epcot said that if Nestle every wants back it they get it.

When did the AP lounge open in Animal Kingdom

This information is listed on the "official" Walt Disney World website under the passholder information section. Of course, you have to be a present passholder to view it.

I plan to visit during my upcoming stay the end of this month.:sohappy:

It also said that passholders can receive a 20% discount on the food at Pizzafari and enjoy it in the lounge.

I love being a passholder!!:D

I am not sure when the lounge in Animal Kingdom opened up but the young lady I spoke to told me it would be open when I am coming to visit which is May 18th-25th!! I so look foward to seeing this!! They seemed pretty interested in keeping both lounges. Any more info on the lounge in AK?? Pics or anything?

There's also a passholder event at AK.

May 18, 2002; 6:30-9:00 p.m.

It includes: live band, DJ, Chester and Hester appearance, free soda and ice cream, all dinoland attractions plus It's Tough to be a Bug, free fossil fun games (instead of prizes you win tickets that will be raffled for prizes like stays at Animal Kingdom Lodge, pass renewal, merchendise, etc), debut of passholder lounge in Pizzafari, passholder exclusive pin #3 on display, and limited edition Chester and Hester lithograph.

Please note: If you visit the park for the day, you must reenter at 6:30 for the event.

:cry: I won't be arriving at Disney World until May 22nd, so I will miss the special night at AK.:cry:

Wish I could go, sounds like it would be great.

Can you tell me the link to the official website. I am going to be a passholder in May. I already purchased my tickets at the Disney Store
