HAPPY NEW YEAR, to all :)

Not that it's anything earth shaking, but my resolution is to lose some weight and keep it off. Over the past two years, the extra pounds have stayed on...

My main goal is to exercise my way down to a size 10-12. And in the process of exercising I will feel so good that I won't be able to smoke 2 packs a day. And reward myself with the money I would save from cigarettes with a trip to our favorite place in the world.
Actually this year just HAS to be better than 2001.
So I ask all of you to help me to think POSITIVE!:)
