I would rather seem them add Australia as a "land" in Animal Kingdom

I'm not seeing a downside here Split the land cute and cuddly marsupials one one side and eat your face off and kill you on the other. Throw in a roller coaster inspired by riding an ATV though the bush and call it a day.

Since the building is there, all the way to the entrance to the ride... Is there still room for the rhine river in Germany? Or was that space used for something else. IF there is still room there for a ride that would probably be the easiest. On that note... was there anything done besides the entrance? Its odd that they got so close then stopped, feels like they pulled the plug at the very last second.

I always forget that Greece would be a great option too. I can see some people though, who know nothing about Greece, comparing to Italy. Throw in Hercules and you've got yourself an attraction.

Greece would be amazing... you could either do the city as it once was and have a ride of its destruction and what it looks like now.. or you could have it present day and you could walk among the ruins... not sure which building they would build but they would have to use a lot of forced perspective as those structures are huge....
Unless you built the city with lots of fountains and the forced perspective would be the old ruins of the Parthenon or something
Then the ride could be time travel to when it was in its Prime either a boat ride.. or even a hall of presidents type thing.
THE FOOD WOULD BE GREAT...

Of course don't expect any money from either..

If it were solely Disney's decision, I think we would have had more countries by now. At one point, the countries had to make a financial commitment, since their pavilions are seen as tourism marketing tools. The closest I've heard to a new country was Puerto Rico. Due to the popularity of their booth at the Food & Wine Festival a few years ago, they had expressed some interest in a permanent attraction. Not sure if this has changed, given the whole Frozen take over in Norway. Personally, I'd like to see Russia added.

No, just put something in the current ones that people care to see or do. Japan for example. I am not going to spend time exploring a Pokemon shop. I do enjoy the drums though. They need something to do. or something that knocks your socks off like the interior of Mexico. There are so many countries not represented in WS, that no matter what was added there would still be people upset because of what wasn't there. It's sort of like the argument for a 5th gate. Fix what is there currently and when that has reached near perfection then think about expanding.

That said, a new WS country is about 143,316th on the list of things EPCOT needs.

I would have put it up at the 112,489th place, but totally agree there are bigger fish to fry at Epcot.

Club Cool already represents Antarctica. Admittedly, it was better named when it was Ice Station Cool, but it is what it is.

I'd agree, only thing different would be the stability of the local government and languages spoken. Same mutton, dates and curry.

My younger sister just did a study abroad program in Australia. I'd like to see something related to that country if Epcot ever decided to expand World Showcase.

They should do Tunisa, I hear they still have the ruins from Uncle Owen and Aunt Baru's moisture farm there..

I second Russia and Egypt. I'd also love to see South America.. They could probably do it all in one pavilion.. I'd love to have a churrascaria to add to my ADR list.. Carnival.. then they could do ruins Machu Pichu.. Easter Island.. etc..

North Korea would be eye-opening. Many people have no idea of what goes on in this country. The EPCOT version would have a huge statue of Kim Jong-Un. North Korean CMs would only let you take pictures of the statue, nothing else. The country itself would be a mini version of Pyongyang. A parade everyday with marching soldiers and nuclear missiles being shown off. At night, the power would dim, as they barely can keep their lights on. All the way in the back, would be a mini-labor camp....you know...like the ones NK says does not exist? The food served would be corn and cabbage only. Enjoy beautiful North Korea!
