Good choice Morocco could do with an extra something, a country with such rich culture would do really well. The carpets could float similar to the Peter Pan boats.

As far as floating, I was thinking something more similar to say, the Dinosaur vehicles. (Obviously smooth, not jerky) So there wouldn't be any poles or anything, ya know?
