Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share with you my new website: WDWLIVE

For now, the site basically consists of Walt Disney World desktop wallpapers (regular and widescreen sizes) and 640x480 "atmospheric" videos (which are pretty good quality; you should be able to watch them full screen).

Lots of the photographs that I have posted in these forums over the years (in the photo contests and picture trip reports) will appear in wallpaper size on the site. Also, for anyone that remembers my "WDWFAN.com" website, there will be lots of pictures showing up that were originally posted there.

If you have any comments ... or any suggestions for making the site better, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Well, maybe you have said to yourself in the past that I wish a Disney-fan site had "so-and-so" feature. Don't hesitate to let me know if something comes to kind.

Fantastic site! I love your pictures! Its great to have some Disney backgrounds for my widescreen computer withough stretching them out! Keep it up!

Thanks to everyone for the very kind comments.

The main goal of WDWLIVE is to give you that "almost there" feeling ... at home. The web cam coming in March should add to that significantly.

As I wrote initially, if you can think of any suggestions for the site, don't be shy.

I see you have a transportation category under videos. Maybe I'm the only one, but I think a parking lot tram video would be a good addition there. There doesn't seem much of that around and I think it would fit nicely within your atmosphere context.

Actually, this video was already on the site, I just had mistakenly not added it to the transportation category.

On a related note, has anyone with a good monitor tried watching the videos full screen? Do they look decent at a high resolution? Obviously, the videos are not DVD quality, the file sizes for something like that would be crazy. But for the quality I have used, they look good enough for me to view full screen. However, I have an old Viewsonic CRT with a max resolution of 1024x768. I am curious how the videos look on a sparkling new flat screen at a high-resolution setting?

I have a pretty decent monitor, your videos look great at full screen res!

Your website is wonderful! I am at school right now so I cant play any of the videos, but as soon as I get home it will be the first thing that I do! It will sure make the next 14 days go by a little faster! I cant wait until i am down there! Thanks so much!
