I just posted a couple more from my most recent trip. The first one is the "Disney Outside the Parks Channel." It has a pretty good promo for the Disney Cruise Line and a promo for Adventures by Disney.

The next one is the most recent version of the Your Disney Resort Channel. (I stayed at Port Orleans Riverside). The music is still the same on this loop and still fun to listen to.

I used a Hauppauge HVR 1955 HD Capture Device. The cable from the wall hooks directly into the device, and the device hooks into my laptop via USB. It captures everything exactly as it is on the screen. I really like it so far. (Just got it)
I bought a Hauppauge several years ago just to capture game play video from Xbox. Now I use it to do everything from DVR recordings and even make ringtones from captured movie sounds. Do you run Tversity with yours? Such a great little machine. The blue glow it lets off makes any home media center look pretty sweet too!

I really like it. The quality is outstanding, and it does most of the encoding work on the device freeing up the computer's cpu for other tasks.

What is Tversity? I've never heard of that before.

Program that basically runs like a media server throughout all your devices, even your Hauppauge. Its pretty cool. You can access all your saved media from any TV in your home without having to connect it to a laptop. You can even remote access it from your smartphone from anywhere. If your at your families house and want to show them something you recorded or saved, you can just pull out your phone and access your PC at home and show them. It has other features as well.

Im not sure if AppleTv does that as I ve never used it. Tveristy works well and doesnt cost that much plus it doesnt take up any space since its just a program.

That sounds awesome! I just looked at the website. Does that require me to leave one of my computers on all the time to act as the server? Right now, I've got an ASUS AC-56U set up as a media server with a 2TB hard drive attached to it, but it's hard to access it from outside the local network.

So, in the "Must Do Disney 2015 video" not only do they tell us we must start off at the Magic Kingdom to make sure we know that's the "real" Disney they want us all to imagine, but then the videos go MK-AK-EP-Water parks-DD-HS. So, not sure if they are hoping people have forgotten that HS is there and they are almost like "oh yeah, before we forget, and even though we were hoping you would forget, there is a park called HS" and they don't bother to show it in order with the other parks and instead it just gets dumped at the end.

Nice videos though even if they do make me question how long it's taking Disney to put some effort into HS.

Here is another one for you... This is actually a new one to me. I had never seen it before Monday. The Vacation Club Preview Channel is new, and they're using a live host and a muppet-like character named Rob. It's actually pretty good. What do you think?

This isn't a bad ad, but it reminds me too much of the weird Lending Tree ad with the puppet in his boxers.

One more video for tonight. This is the Special Events Channel that normally just plays a nice music loop and shows this spinning logo over and over. The music loop is really nice though, and it is different from the loops on the other channels.

I've seen that channel online before. Would you or someone else know if that channel ever gets used????
LOVE all your old TV Tours from the 90's! Really love the 1998 Tip For Today Loop! There never seem to be any other years of Tip For Today on YT besides 2001 and the 100 Years Of Magic Version

I miss the very attractive Hispanic woman who used to do the park tour videos on the hotel feed maybe 4 or 5 years ago.
She was adorable. Does anyone remember her?

A couple of those channels are used every night for "Bedtime Stories" and other such things. I didn't get the chance to capture those this time. I love the Tip for Today Loops too. I've been searching for other years, but no luck yet. I'll definitely post 'em when I have them. I do have a huge collection of WDW Planning Videos (I know somebody already has many of them posted on YouTube), but I got mine from a friend, and many of them are Canadian or British Planning Videos, so they're a little different. :) I'll be posting those next.
