New water-side restaurant 'Spice Road Table' coming to Epcot's Morocco Pavilion?

Car magnets? What? How did I miss this? Catching up on oooold news I know, but I didn't hear anything about a magnet.

Yeah, this was first year we received them, although we usually just buy the Florida resident seasonal pass. But we got Annual passes because we are getting married at WDW in June.

You're correct about it not working very well. I couldn't get ANY of the drop down menus to cooperate.

Maybe it requires a Moroccan browser. Can you buy one at Epcot?
Yes, at the China pavilion. :)

They've been including the magnets in the welcome letter/packet that is sent out a couple weeks after you purchase or renew your pass. They're kinda cool, actually.
Works fine on my computer. I'm running Google Chrome in case that makes a difference.
I think you're the first person I know of who has said it worked since that site came into existence. Will try Chrome and see if it's better.

That website still refers to Epcot as "Walt Disney World Epcot Center"
They started the site around 2006-2008, and they do still maintain it. Just haven't really checked on the current brand guidelines, I guess. And I'm sure Disney would prefer people not know about it, in favor of the official Epcot site.

Here's a random question - if the Moroccan government "owns" the Moroccan pavilion, if someone does something wrong elsewhere, if they get to the Moroccan pavilion, can they try to claim asylum/sanctuary?

(Obviously, it's not a good place to try to claim asylum - the park closes at 9pm so unless you could get taken through backstage or hide, it's not going to last that long)

I think that only applies to Embassies.

I think there's a difference between a government owning a piece of land in another country versus the embassy/consulate/UN situation where the land actually becomes foreign soil. For example, there was a Canadian consulate until recently in my city and the Canadian government owned fancy suburban houses for its diplomats to stay in while they worked at the consulate. I don't think there were any special privileges that came with Canada owning these houses... just some weird name on the deed like "Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Dominion of Canada" or something like that.

If I remember correctly the home of an ambassador is still considered off limits by the Vienna Convention.

Many foreign countries own property or buildings all over. This is that same type of situation. I believe it actually needs to be a declared diplomatic site to be considered foreign soil, and this would not qualify. Technically, the Kingdom only leases the space, as the land is owned by Disney still.
