Yeah, I thought of that too. I don't like the books at all. BUT...sometimes film adaptations of books actually improve on the source material. For instance, I enjoy the Harry Potter movies much more than the books, so maybe a Kingdom Keeper show would likewise be an improvement. I do like the premise of the KK books. I just don't care for the execution. They have no charm or whimsy or magic in them. They come off to me as generic teen-adventure stories. Kind of meh.
