Carousel of Progress is the onyl seasonal attraction at the Magic Kingdom.
I believe it just was open for Christmas.

True, CoP IS seasonal, but Timekeeper and the Keelboats are as well. The question asked: "...(it) is NOT categorized as open seasonally." These three ARE listed as open seasonally.

The attraction I am talking about is NOT listed as a seasonal attraction, but actually is as it closes on certain portions of the year.

TECHNICALLY, the answer is COUNTRY BEAR JAMBOREE...but you've got the right idea!
