DisneyDeb, you may have already been, but I also can't help but say to be sure to hit Les Halles (France, Epcot) at some point for some serious decadent and delicious desserts.

The box of assorted macarons are a favorite of my wife and I, but everything I've had there has been splendid. They do also have some wonderfully good savory items too, so it works well as a lunch spot also.

Here's our selections from Chefs. I saw a few posts about some not being huge fans of French food, but the menu was pretty diverse and our selections weren't overly authentic.

Hi DisneyDeb - of the choices you have listed, I too am throwing in a vote for Chefs De France. The restaurant is beautiful, the bread is yummers. I love both the French onion soup and the lobster bisque. It's always a struggle to decide which one I want. As far as entrees go, both the beef short ribs and the steak are very good and I didn't consider them to be overly "French". My second vote goes to Coral Reef. It sometimes gets a bad rap, but I have never had a bad meal there. As others have already mentioned, the atmosphere alone is worth it. Happy planning!

I think Chefs de France may very well be the winner, thank you!!

My DH said he had the best short ribs at Coral Reef and for him thinking Disney is for kids he can't wait to go back. We both enjoyed looking into the aquarium and watching the shark swim by at dinner.

Deb we loved Le Chefs. Amazing food and none of us felt out of place in our shirts and t-shirts. I woulg like to go back but Biergarten always wins out as will a Princess Breakfast at Akershus. I will have to settle for a cheese and bread to take back to the hotel from La Boungerie.

I was a tad disappointed a couple years ago at Biergarten, and I always really liked it there. May be just an off night. I have never eaten at Akershus, Im surrounded by men LOL. The boys wanted to try WCC, and the breakfast menu has alot to offer!

I've never been a fan of Biergartens food so I usually get a glads of reisling and watch my hubby pig out as it is his fave. The potato casserole at Akershus was AMAZING and the princess parade is fantastic so if you can let them sleep in one morning and go do it! Getting to be inside WS at Epcot before opening is so magical too.

I was reading the menu to Carl from WCC and he was like "Why have we never gone before???" This trip will be trying new resort restaurants. We tend to eat at the parks.
