New Tomorrowland @ Disneyland? Is this the year it finally gets announced? No, and that’s OK

I was in Anaheim about a week or two ago. There is such a utter lack of love for Tomorrowland it's sad. Other than Space Mountain, Astro Orbiter (which actually looked really good), and a handful of other things I can name, it's gotta be the worst, most neglected area in the park.

To think what they could do - an omnimover in the innoventions building with a story about space travel or solar systems, a new and improved peoplemover with lots to see, an autopia with futuristic EV's and audio prompts / real time events, a 4d film in the Tomorrowland Theater.. don't even care if it's a buzz lightyear film, JUST USE IT. There's so much unrealized potential being purposely ignored.

Knowing they're building a DVC showroom on the second floor of the Carousel building is so depressing. God knows that seals the building's fate for another decade.
As much as that sucks, better there than having the lounge replace something that was an actual attraction and/or was guest space in recent memory, as was done at DCA.

I hate to resurrect this thread, but some rumors for MK’s SM have started on that side of the forums..

I’m not under the impression that our version would receive another retrack or anything, but this may point to larger updates to the land — which could coincide with ours.

Pretty interesting to point out that Space is getting imminent updates in all of the other castle parks around the world.
