New things for me to do in WDW?

Aside from Expedition Everest, Rock'n Rollercoaster, and Tower of Terror... no rides at Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios have big drops... my fiance isn't a coaster fan but so he skips those 3 mentioned above. He did brave Space Mountain and Splash Mountain, ended up loving both rides but agreed he may never do it again.lol

I really think there's enough in every single park that it's worth a visit to each one. Our girls were ages 2 and 4 on their first visit...too short to ride anything with a 40" min height. So, we had to stick with slower paced rides and shows. We got a full day in Epcot and DHS, and left DAK around 4pm- but still had things we didn't get to do. You might also consider touring the resorts, doing a fireworks cruise, doing one of the tours, etc.
