Does anyone know when/if they will be offering any specials other than free dining? I cannot remember the date last year when they offered the 4/3 deal but I was hoping they would offer it again.

I am on the lookout for a room discount myself:wave: I am hoping that they still might release one for fall/winter of this year. Free dining is nice, but a room discount would probably benefit us more if its just the wife and I going

I'm looking for specials for Jan/Feb and I would like to make my reservation soon but I don't know if I should just take the free dining or wait for something else.

You could always book the free dining and if something better comes along you could switch to that. Some special is better than no special.

I thought about that but I found such an awesome deal through Southwest Vacations that includes plane tickets and a rental car that once I booked it, I wouldn't be able to make changes without pretty high fees. I didn't realize you get free dining when booking with Southwest but I just discovered you can.

You never know when or if a discount is on the horizon. You can book under a current promotion and change later if it benefits you. Be sure to work the numbers and make sure it benefits you before you change. Or better yet, have your travel agent do all the work!
