Sounds like "second verification" was turned on mistakenly and then cleared itself?

Happens to me. Been that way for almost a year. No matter if its on my phone or on the computer. Doesn’t matter if it’s three hours or three weeks. Doesn’t matter which browser. It always sends me the email.
