Yeah, Jt could you just draw a circle around what exactly your referring too. Everyone is pretty confused, if you could just show us it would alleviate a lot of confusion. Just open up MS paint and please draw a circle or arrow just to let us know what your trying to point out.
Now, why would he want to go and do that?

I've poured over the pictures and I here is the only thing I see:

Why does it matter? As long as I know something is going on back there I could care less what we're trying to look for.

Yes that is part of it but I have seen pics where that connects and runs to the east but is buried now. Strangely I have not been able to find the earlier pics anywhere. The best I can find is one of the early aerial shots showing a giant pit that I believe is part of the same "system".
My best guess is they built and buried the utilidor or this is for circulating water through all the proposed water features of the FLE. Just a guess at this point. :shrug:
