New Shopping & Dining Gift Card?

Has anyone bought or used the new "shopping and dining gift card"? I am wondering if this would replace the way we used Disney Dollars before. Would anyone happen to know if they are reusable, meaning that you can use it and put more money on at a later time? And if they are pre-orderable? Thanks!

The cards are re-usable. You can put any denomination from $5.00 to $1,500 on the card. They can be "reloaded" at any merchandise location. You can call up WDW Mail Order and order one that way as well. Disney Dollars will still exist. This is not intended to replace DD. It is intended to give guests a new option in buying merchandise/food and beverages.
