It's taking this long not because it couldn't be built faster, but because Disney doesn't want it to be built faster.

It sounds like they are going pretty big on the theming inside. One thing Disney does better than most is themed eateries.

Not my favorite food niche but I know it will be a crowd pleaser. The only thing that would be better received is cheap seafood. (see CHH)

Happiest place on Earth, unless you're ground up into BBQ :-O Hope there is a jack-fruit, or plant-based crumble version. I guess the fries would be okay.
