Mmm... pulled pork. I love pulled pork. I wonder what sides they'll offer.

Almost every structural system is the cheapest and fastest for that application. Pre-fabricated parts are uniform, but often offer lower cost and higher quality control. This looks to be traditional tilt-up construction where the walls are poured on site (you can see an area on the ground that is about the same size as the wall panels), but flat on the ground and then lifted up into place. The form work for the pour is a lot simpler flat on the ground than doing it vertically, but skill is required in the work required to lift the wall in place.I might be wrong but if they are using pre-fabricated concrete walls and not doing it on-site that is the cheaper way to build, right? and also faster?

When I was in Texas on business, BBQ is serious eating. It could count as an appetizer, side and main course. When I asked for bread, the cowboy just smirked and gave me 2 pieces of white Wonder bread.Does brisket count as a side?
It's not that there are not other places to eat, it's just every time Disney has a BBQ place it's always pulled pork, there are many other much better BBQ meats than pulled pork.Darn, if only there were other places to eat.
I was thinking coleslaw and hush puppies and collard greens and scallopedcorn.Does brisket count as a side?
That looks very small from the air.

Not doing Pizza Planet was a mistake IMO

All of the ones I have visited offer at least 1-3 other meats - chicken, brisket, ribs ...
