New Rides At Universal Studios Hollywood

I think it is an OK park. But it really needs to get some new rides. And/or update their older rides. Come on the backlot ride is really wearing its age. It keeps breaking down. And can they try a new plot for the BTTF ride. It would increase their attendance rate. :dazzle:

Revenge of the Mummy: The Ride is coming, and then there's the Van Helsing Dracula maze replacing The Mummy Returns: Chamber of Doom. That's a good start. And Shrek 4D is still somewhat new. I'd like to see something done with Backdraft, and maybe a new show instead of WaterWorld. Perhaps a copy of Men In Black: Alien Attack or The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man would work, even though I hate when they clone really good attractions. One or two attractions from IOA, maybe The Cat In The Hat and Spidey, those would be nice additions. I think USH is starting to get better though.

Well, for years it has been the same. And I do agree with you on Backdraft. I think Waterworld is a really cool show though, they should keep that. I would like to see the MIB ride pop up over there.

I think that Universal is trying not to be left behind in the theme park industry. However they do need to update all their rides. Yet during the holiday season there were a lot of neat things to do that weren't ride oriented. So perhaps there is some hope for them after all.:lookaroun

We're talkingg about Universal Studios - HOLLYWOOD, right? I checked it out a couple years ago and it doesn't compare to the Florida park, except for the view of the valley. That was VERY cool.

Waterworld? Surely they can do better. That is a show that should be updated immediately.

It really doesnt compare to any park. It isn't any good as a theme park. But the view is amazing, yet the rides need to be fixed up.:hammer:
